Here you find the maintenance of your articles, storage of links and user defined fields. With user defined fields you have the opportunity to add own fields to your articles. If you for example wanted to add the current room temperature to your articles you would need to create the user defined field room temperature and this field would then be available for all of your articles. Field types are text field, text box, check box and date fields. You obviously can delete, change, hide fields or add new fields.
2.2. Resources
Resources are media which you can attach to articles (e.g. pictures). You can create folders by collecting different images under one topic (e.g. Vacation, Sydney etc). The uploading of pictures is not explained, as this should be straightforward. To add a resource to your article, please click on add resource in your the editor, select the resource by clicking e.g. on insert preview . By doing this a small picture will be inserted, that the reader can enlarge with one click. You reduce load time and your article will still be compact. Try a couple of options here.

There are a couple of options.
Under blog parameter you can enter basic information, like allowing comments, alert functions or the sequence of categories, links and comments.
